Rx Pharmacy Health Plus Card is a “Reward Program” for our regular customers, which enables our loyal customers to earn points on every rupee purchase made at our stores.

| How can one become a member? |
Any customer visiting our stores can get the card free of cost. All that has to be done is to fill up an Rx Pharmacy Membership Enrolment form and the customer will be provided with the Health Plus Card.

| Membership Card – Usage |
A single card issued to a customer can be used by his entire family & is valid at all Alankit Life Care (Rx Pharmacy) stores. Any member of the family can show the card to earn points.

| How does one earn points? |
One point is earned on every purchase of Rs 100.
|
| Redemption of Points |
After accumulation of 100 points, redemption can be in form of a Personal Accident insurance worth Rs 1 Lakh.
Also the points can be redeemed through Medicine Reminder Service provided by Alankit Life Care to its Health Plus card holders. If the Health Plus card holder wants to avail this facility then for all the reminders of a particular day 1 point will be deducted from his/her account.
The points need to be redeemed within a period of 1 year. |
